Cancellation policy

Nightingale Grove Mail Club memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.

To avoid your next monthly renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date. Once a payment has been processed, that month's membership cannot be cancelled or refunded, as your letter and accompanying story keepsakes may already be in preparation.

Cancelling your membership stops future renewals and does not affect any mail already paid for.
